We need your help
The fight for equal and basic rights like social justice, equal education and job opportunities, has been a struggle for Black Africans. The struggle for equality has taken almost 400 years to achieve freedom and equality. Ever since Blacks were taken from the motherland and displaced to various locations around the world which are called the African diaspora, there have been various unequal civil rights. We believe every person regardless of gender, skin color, religion, nationality, age, disability, or religion, should not be discriminated against. which gives you the right to free speech, privacy, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, a right to a fair trial, and freedom of thought.
Today we know that the ability to educate oneself is the ultimate form of empowerment and is the best tool to combat oppression. The lack of opportunities open to Blacks is still an issue today. The UNIA-ACL has formed over 100 years ago to develop broad-based black economic empowerment. Today we are continuing the leadership of our for fathers to provide advance economic transformation to enhance the economic participation of Black people (African, Coloured and Indian people who have African descent).
Over the years we’ve come to rely on the support from our dedicated members to help support our mission and causes around the world, today we continue to ask for your help.
